• 🌧 RAIN POLICY: Unfortunately, tents do not have a cancellation policy. Tents must be cancelled one week prior to scheduled delivery date to receive full raincheck, as no payments will be returned.
• 👧👦 OCCUPANCY: Tents have occupancies starting around 10 people to larger sizes can hold a 1000 people. If your unsure reach out to us so we can help you book the correct size.
• 🧽 CLEANING: All tents are cleaned and sanitized before use.
• 🔌 WHAT'S INCLUDED:
  • Setup of the tent.
  • Take down of the tent. 
  •  Tent stakes to securely anchor the tent. (Other anchor options are available at an additional cost if staking is not optional)
• 👉 WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Enough space for us to setup your rental
  •  Confirm there are no underground water, power, or gas lines. (If needed call 811 for markings)
  •  Have the Setup area clear of any items, debris, or trash to prevent from any delays or damages.
